last had this about 4 years ago, quite different but still holding strong! dried apricots, honeysuckle, damp slate, pear, and honeycomb. lots of acid and life left! will definitely continue to age gracefully — 5 years ago
lightly sweet with honeysuckle and hints of tangerine. Gentle fizz and easy drinking, no cloying but a light finish (Richard likes this one) — 7 years ago
Black currants, green apple, unripened apricots, red cabbage, with an earthy mineral finish. Very approachable! — 7 years ago

Just when I thought I’d fallen out of love with white wine, I found this. This is answer to Chardonnay since I’d become largely uninterested. Aromas of honeysuckle, jasmine and peach drew me in. It’s full body and creaminess got me to stay. This is the closest I’ve gotten so far to a white BBW. Reasonably priced. I’m looking to forward to having this again and again. Shout out to the screw top. #badandboozypod #whitewines #winegasm — 8 years ago

Floral, spicy, honeysuckle. Insanely good. — 12 years ago
Delicious and easy to drink red. I get notes of cola and cherry. Paired very well with Neapolitan pizza — 5 years ago

Palate- Peach, pear, pineapple undertones., honeysuckle, a touch of slate & spices. Power & elegance. Floats across the palate seamlessly.
The balance of this is extraordinary. Highly recommended. Christmas in July. A gift from @Ron R Thank you again my very good friend. Miss you & hope to see you soon. — 5 years ago

A beautiful Condrieu! Very floral and mineral. Honeysuckle and fresh grass, lovely legs and an oily appearance, but it’s light and spicy at the finish. Perfect for summer and paired with fish or Asian food. — 6 years ago
Buttery, floral (honeysuckle), toasted coconut, and warm apricot on the nose. Ripe apricot, mango, nectarine, beeswax. Hint of butter on the finish. — 7 years ago
Mid Gold in colour, looking way older than it actually is. Strong aromas of Apricot and to a lesser extent honeysuckle and White flowers. An unctuous flavoursome full bodied palate exhibiting great texture and intensity with the Apricot coming through. Finishes Dry. Delicious and different. Will purchase more. Muscat of Alexandria also known as Zibibbo in Sicily. — 7 years ago

Huge fruit: pineapple, peach, fruit loops, honeysuckle. Ripe banana in palate with grassy, herbaceous note and a bitter hint to cut the lushness. — 9 years ago
Medium bodied Italian white with a rich texture and not a trace of malolactic fermentation. Fresh and clean with golden apple, Manuka honey, and honeysuckle, all especially prominent on the finish. — 10 years ago
Petroleum, honeysuckle, yellow cake, and lavender nose. On the palate more petrol, peach nectar, honey, ruby red grapefruit, gunpowder, white pepper, with a powerful petrol after nose. I might have called this a quality german trocken Riesling in a blind test. This is a fabulous Viognier in the french style. — 5 years ago
Lemony pale gold color. Gardenia, honeysuckle, sweet tangerine with hints of golden apple, tropical fruits, and ginger in the bouquet. Dried apricots, ripe gooseberries, and fresh apples with lemon zest and candied ginger notes on the palate. Umami mushroom and cooking fat sensation lingers long on the finish with hints of white pepper. Medium bodied white that would probably pair well with a rich cream sauce but wonderful by itself. So hard to find a yummy and interesting white wine! — 6 years ago
Wow. Mark’s Lauren Vineyard chard is always my favorite, but this 2008 is absolutely unreal. Incredible nose of honeysuckle, white flowers, lemon peel, and a touch of vanilla, the mouthfeel on this is unbelievable. Impeccable balance, with a finish that lasts well over a minute, this is one of the best chardonnays I’ve had in a long time. Just awesome. — 6 years ago

An awesome viognier by John Alban (kinda like letting you know the sun is going to rise tomorrow). We tried it in a Riedel Vinum series cabernet glass, which really did enhance the aromatics, so I’d recommend giving that a shot. Beautiful honeyed color, white flowers and a trace of spice on the nose, I suspect this is going to improve sustantially with a couple of more years under its belt (but still terrific now). — 7 years ago

Honeysuckle and green apple with hints of wood. — 8 years ago
Off dry, ripe apricot and peach, honeysuckle and lychee. Extremely floral. Medium body, round texture. Quite complex. — 8 years ago
Honeysuckle, beeswax, chamomile and lemon curd nose. The acid hits first and then evolves into underripe peach, and pith, and aromatic citrus like yuzu or pomelo. A wine that makes you want to stick your nose in the glass and rest your forehead on the rim to enjoy. — 8 years ago
Very young but lovely fresh apricots, peaches and pineapple. Honeysuckle and white flowers. What really makes this wine amazing though is the body. It's big and round the whole way through where so many Sauternes fall either in the middle or finish. Lovely. — 10 years ago
