A bit mild and smooth. Bold w a bit of spice. Not my preference but for what it is it's authentic to its flavor profile. — 9 years ago

Pre fire beauty. Damn! — 8 years ago
Lovely. Not as jammy as Blue Mountain (which i love). This one leans French with a lovely earthy red fruit combination. Interesting changes in the wine with food. Served with a Tomato Parmesan dish and wild sockeye. After a bit of the tomato it really brought out the acidity in the wine. After a bite of the salmon...OMG heaven. Absolutely perfect pairing. — 8 years ago
Granny smith Apple nose. Bright and expressive. Slightly sweet with green apple skin and a smooth finish. — 8 years ago

A little bit of heaven in a magnum bottle. Earthy and rich with enough tannin left to finish as bold as a college student but sophisticated and buttery enough to be your local politician. — 9 years ago
In every sense of the word, this Blanc De Noir is beautiful. The labeling alone deserves an award! With Pinot Noir sourced from my favorite vineyard in the state (Temperance Hill), this is a complex, gorgeous, elegant, full bodied, fruit forward beauty with pin point bubbles from Heaven. Strawberries, raspberries, fresh baked bread. rich fruit upon entry follow through to the forever finish , seamlessly. Zippy, zesty acidity rounds out the fruit. Bubble Bliss!! — 10 years ago
