This is the 2920 Southern Right Walker Bay Sauvignon Blanc. Hamilton Russell Vineyards, Hemel-En-Aarde Valley, Hermanus Cape of Good Hope, South Africa.

On the nose there is beautiful fruit of grapefruit, lime, white peach, honeydew melon, herbaceous notes and minerality.

On the palate there are clean notes of lime, grapefruit, honeydew melon, white peach, cut grass, herbaceous and minerality.

This wine is medium bodied with a racy mouthfeel medium + acidity that pushes through with a long grapefruit musky minerality finish.
