Burnside is one of the coolest sites we work with, and in 2012, it produced our lowest alcohol Pinot Noir. The result is a Pinot Noir that is both elegant and exotic, with more Old World-like aromas of roses, wood spice, tobacco leaf, milk chocolate, roast almond and toffee. On the palate, this wine is soft and refined, with abundant savory and spice notes, supple tannins and a dry, crisp, cigar-box finish.
