Daniel Johnnes selection from LC 2011 vintage. Smooth, elegant. — 9 years ago
Balanced and classic. — 10 years ago
The sommelier described this selection as fruit forward, but I respectfully disagree. I experienced more minerals than anything else, which seems consistent with the fact that this delicate tasting wine is grown directly in the limestone bedrock, with very little soil. Hints of pepper rounded out the flavors. Excellent! Paired well with langoustines and lamb. — 7 years ago

Amazing purity with gorgeous fruit completely balanced by perfect acidity. An energetic bouquet jumps from the glass. Red currants, kirsch liquer, with a silky texture. — 9 years ago

Small production blanc de blanc champagne, aged on it's lees in barriques. Richer than most blanc de Blanca I've had in the past. Delicious — 9 years ago
Quite nice, nose is deceptively dry but on the palate it's velvety and finishes smooth. — 9 years ago
