Dense, dark brown, fairly sweet, rich. Very smooth and sustains. An interesting stout from Grimm, one of New York's hottest breweries. — 8 years ago

Grimm is New York's hottest brewery, a "gypsy" brewery with no fixed abode. The Pale Ale is delicious. Citrus, floral, refreshing and with substance. Enjoyed at Milk and Hops, a gem of a place. — 8 years ago
Nose smells of black pepper and black fruit and citrus. — 8 years ago
Grapefruit sweetness descends triumphant with the sweat of the festival brimming. Glass blowing factory in a passionfruit grove. Citrus bowl of kumquat, lemon-lime-tangerine, chalky pomelo, baby aspirin, salty-sour with tart citrus powder whispering passion fruit. — 9 years ago
@Chris Grimm try this one if you ever see it - I love it — 9 years ago
@Patty Grimm you would love this. — 9 years ago
Might be the best Grimm I've had. — 7 years ago
Grimm is a "gypsy" brewery based in Brooklyn, and will soon build roots in Williamsburg. The knowledgeable server at Milk and Hops says that Grimm are the most trendy brewery in New York right now, especially for their sour, fruit and super hoppy IPAs - each themselves trendy categories right now. This, the Boysen Raspberry Pop! is tart, fruity and sustains well... all very trendy. — 8 years ago
So damn dry to finish, wish a bit juicier, but the Grimm sour-back was a good pairing — 8 years ago
