2008 Gran Reserva. Brut nature with no dosage, 3g/L. Aged in oak for 1 year.30 months on the lees. 50% Xarel-lo, 45% Macabeo & 5% Chardonnay. Fresh, deep and focussed with notes of resin, dried fruits. Dry and structured with a great freshness throughout leading towards a leesy finish. Great balance with Xarel-lo providing the minerality and the Macabeo contributing for the oxidative character. — 11 years ago
