Golden color Delightful fusel oil nose of Riesling. Incredible entry with layers of flavors but the creaminess of beautiful Riesling comes thru in the intensity of the fruit. Fantastic wine. — 7 years ago
Sushi and Champagne is one of my favorite combinations. Indeed, almost all celebrations that @Cara Zimmerman and I enjoy together will include this duo. This was somewhat of a step up from our norm as Sushi Zo is a world apart from our usual delivery order of tuna and salmon rolls (with free edamame). Likewise this 1975 DP was rather more elevated than our weekly fizz.
Dark golden color with rich, brioche and mature elements. A touch too advanced but enormously attractive and retaining terrific purity and energy. Sushi and Champagne has rarely been such a treat. — 8 years ago
❤️❤️❤️peach & golden apple, almond extract, ginger, hay & rocks! — 9 years ago
We bought this wine 2 years ago & let it age, saving it for a special occasion. It was well worth the wait! It was gorgeous - full flavored without being heavy. — 9 years ago
While a little more golden in color than anticipated, it was a beautiful wine with some great grilled bread and apple notes. — 10 years ago
Great nose of apple, apricot, creamy, mouth, light crisp, well balanced acidity. — 11 years ago

Sans grande surprise mais tout de même satisfaisant! Non-boisé, d'une certaine richesse et en prime de la fraîcheur. Orange, citron vert, floral... — 9 years ago
Bottled 8/1/2006. First year... And still alive. So amazing. — 9 years ago
This syrah is very smooth with a wonderful spicy finish. — 10 years ago
An ideal growing season paired beautifully with our minimalist winemaking style to produce this Pinot. Rich hues of blueberry draw the eye, while lush dark stone fruits coat the palate. Velvety finish leaves you wanting more! — 11 years ago

Best Shiraz ever. Go get some. — 7 years ago
ID 214041 Brioche and citrus fruits on the nose, perhaps even a hint of prune? Very slight green tinged light golden colour. Light citrus flavor but with some of the Meunier fruit showing through. Very drinkable now but I suspect patience will be rewarded handsomely. — 8 years ago
Golden with good mousse. Brioche, mushrooms and great presence. — 8 years ago
Definitely one of my favourites. Too bad we can't get more of their wines in the East. — 9 years ago
Deep golden colour, caramelised pear fruit and layers of oak aromas. Palate soft, buttery and rich, with surprisingly fresh acidity. Oxidative wood ageing for four years makes a wine that speaks more of oak than fruit - one for fans of Sherry/Whiskey like me! Paired well with umami-rich dish of teriyaki beef and aubergine . — 9 years ago

This Pa brewery is rocking my world. Close my eyes and taste this, and I drift back to my time when I lived in Waterloo, Brussels. Label says 9.5% abv, but it’s tucked in nicely. Woody notes on the palate, with cardamom, cloves and licorice. Heart-warming as it slips down the hatch. Well done! — 6 years ago
