From the lesser-known Cru of Le Coste in Barolo, the nose is textbook Barolo with cherry, raspberry, mocha, licorice, and violet. The palate is full and supple with silky texture. Oak is prominent thanks to 24 months aging in 50% new French oak barrel, but well integrated. Fine grained tannins. — 10 months ago
