Very light on the nose, but wonderful lemon followed by orange taste. Nice and dry with no sourness. — 4 years ago
This is their Brut Premier Cru. Requested Delectable add the label.
On the nose, yellow lilies & spring flowers. Touch of cream, lemon meringue, lime, green apple, pineapple, a touch of green melon, honey notes, bread dough, very light chalkiness & minerals.
On the palate; bread dough, cream soda, lemon, lime zest, sour white citrus quality, green apple, very ripe pineapple, a touch of underripe green melon, honeysuckle, bread dough, very light chalkiness & soft delicate crisp minerals, sea spray, yellow lilies and white spring floral blooms, good round crisp acidity and a rich, nicely polished finish.
Photos of, Champagne House Cadet. Tasting lounge at Cadet. Some very old bottles that have not been touched in a very long time. One of their Grand Cru Vineyards.

2006 the vintage that came in just good.
This has a very creamy mousse. Macerated Meyer lemons, overripe pineapple juice, very ripe yellow stone fruit, tropical melon, orange citrus blend, strawberries, cream, vanilla, unstated herbal quality, chalk powder, sea spray, bread dough, yellow lilies, jasmine, soft acidity, nice balance with an elegant rich finish that lasts a minute and lands on chalkiness with limestone.
Last Bottle experiment I would not buy again at the price point. There are better examples for the same or less money. — 3 months ago
