Oh me! What words for this...stone fruit and saline on the nose, a medium bodied lass with legs that taste of kumquats on the sweet ripe side of their life and a ever so slightly salty slate slab that is this. So do-able. Dang it I am going to need to stop only ordering single bottles from Garagiste. — 9 years ago

Great bottle with dry red fruits and pronounced tannins. Give it at least 2 hours to open up. Made a dish around it: Steak au poivre with turnip purée, yellow oyster mushrooms and Brussels sprout chips in red wine sauce. Perfect dinner! #garagiste — 10 years ago
