Great bottle with dry red fruits and pronounced tannins. Give it at least 2 hours to open up. Made a dish around it: Steak au poivre with turnip purée, yellow oyster mushrooms and Brussels sprout chips in red wine sauce. Perfect dinner! #garagiste — 11 years ago
