Really refreshing. Medium sweetness and tartness. — 10 years ago
Gotta try this! Awesome stuff, wine based from Nebbiolo, then fortified alongside rhubarb and other fruits. @Thomas Monroe We gotta get some of this for the Collective this summer! It's chilled! — 11 years ago

Love vintners collective! Wow! — 10 years ago
Whole wheat bread, honey tea, gold dust, ant nests, old currency and simultaneously... fresh rag paper. Weird dichotomy, like crisp bills in a bank envelope, handled by a warthog-woman. You can almost smell the feral collagen, but then: yeast cells, rice paper, dinner rolls, linen, match stick, and sweet, soft leather. She wears a fringe jacket and dates a Haüptling! Out of magnum. Feeling young still and could use more time in bottle. Delicious though and great solid core of fruit with a fringe of savory notes — 11 years ago

Fantastic bottle of wine. Over delivers in a huge way for the $$. Approachable fruit and tannin with nice lingering finish — 13 years ago
Really nice bottle! We picked it up from Grape Collective and ended up toasting our 6th year engagement anniversary. Wonderful sparkling wine for a celebration! It's smooth....no after shock like some champagnes. Our bottle had a loud celebratory POP when the cork came out. Fun! — 10 years ago
Purple-red with orange tinge at the fringe. Not much in nose initially, with jammy red fruit in mouth. Red fruit and barrel smoke develop in nose later, though jammy notes in mouth recede. With several hours, a cherry, plummy flavor emerges. A good tinto but I've had better vintages from this producer. Needs aeration for full character to show — 10 years ago
Light but lasting. Floral with hints of muted berries dancing on the fringe throughout. I liked it, girlfriend did not because she likes dry bold flavors. — 11 years ago

Small boutique winery. A Recito style wine made from grape bunches that were dried in the classic method by drying "clusters of grapes on mats of straw in the sun" for four months. Aged for 36 months in French oak barrels and bottled unfiltered. Full-bodied blend of Shiraz, Grenache and Merlot. Complex, rich, dark fruit, spices. Liqueur or Cognac comes to mind. Sweet, refined, smooth, long finish. — 12 years ago
