Extremely complex and full of acidity. Aromatics of lemon, Granny Smith apple, basil, wet stones and rubber. The pallet features flavors of lemon pith, peach, green apple and slate. 合鴨を合わせたが合わない。どんな料理が合わせたら良いのか…
ハード系のパンにはあったので、タコとトマトのブルスケッタとかには合いそう。

良いワインだと思うが、万人が理解できる分かりやすいワインだとは思えない。
