Stage 4 #tourdefrance leaves Champagne heading toward Alsace. This was interesting. Yeast nose with a grassy note. Complex with a bit of green flavors and some funk among the citrus fruit. A very complex blanc. Not sure my favorite but interesting. — 6 years ago
