Very happy with this wine, exactly what a French table wine should be like, fresh, light, fruity, not at all harsh. Excellent choice for a meal. — 9 years ago

Vin de Bordeaux APPELLATION BORDEAUX CONTRÕLÉE — 11 years ago
For a split second I thought we had jumped the gun an it was open to early but as it developed in the glass the tannins softened and it became very giving. A wonderful bottle, from a producer I have never had. — 9 years ago
Alive and kicking, floral nose, clean and intense with that great saddle leather, still vibrates and has plenty of fruit ... Also a half — 10 years ago

2011 Florent Garaudet Monthelie - intense nose. Wild berry. Earthy. Damson. Striking nose. Sweet fruit and very alive in the mouth. So pretty. — 10 years ago

A very high quality Muscadet — 10 years ago
Old vines. Exceptional terroir. Monthelie village despite it being his BEST wine. Made like a Grand Cru. 30 hl/ha. Raised in rare new oak and only one in Burgundy to have it. Bottled, labeled and corked by hand. No fining and filtration. Serious layered aromas. Tiny concentrated fruits. Super powerful. Like a high end 1er Cru from Volnay and Pommard. Stunning. Long long long long. The ultimate ringer in a tasting. — 10 years ago
