Sitting on the lanai in Grand Cayman sipping the wine 2012 one of the more reasonable wines for sale here. Going down very easy lightly peppered with plum and blueberry fruit taste possibly coffee. The color is dark and the aroma is as it tastes with pepper and dark fruit. — 7 years ago

Saca de Primavera from 04/17 with the new golden bottle design. Fabulous notes of sea salt, apples and olives on the nose. Lots of body and depth in mouth, extremely dry and tangy and some surprising nuttiness. One of the best finos I've had. Only 4-5 years under flor but wow, it's got it all, extremely smooth drinking and still great after 2 days with even more tang. Club Gourmet at El Corte Ingles in Spain has it for 15 euros, snap it up! Fantastic value for money. — 7 years ago
Slight oak taste. Good with chicken. With Anthony 8/28/16 — 8 years ago
Every year I look forward to our little allocation of these beauties from Jerez. The wine has such a giving nose of flor and white fruit that it seems almost like it would be sweet. In the mouth this is all chalky cut, certainly one of the driest wines on the planet that can still provide so much pleasure. It was fatally easy to drink with tuna stuffed peppers! — 8 years ago

Single vineyard, unfortified Manzanilla aged under flor. 2010 juice fermented in Stainless, tacked on Sherry butts for 8 mo under flor, the stainless till bottling under flor. Jura like, round then a crazy chalky finish. — 9 years ago
What to say other than this was so good? A touch of sweetness balanced the otherwise seering acidity, making this satisfyingly refreshing, and it was so flavorful. A personal favorite prosecco of late. — 9 years ago
