Purple. Blue fruit. Ripe. Balsamic. Off dry. Low tannin. Moderate acid. Moderate alcohol. — 8 years ago
Lite and sweet. Melon, pear, apricot, with bubbles. Yes. — 8 years ago
Great acidity and fruit integration. A very nice food pairing wine from a very eclectic region of Italy. The volcanic soil expresses itself in the wine with a smokey, polished mineral tannins. — 10 years ago

Not nearly as well balanced as the 2011 vintage... This one is more acidic, more sour, but! There's hope first off air this one out for at least 3 hours and it'll already be better. We've got a bottle on reserve which we will open in 5 years (2022) here's hoping*fingers crossed* ~19$ SAQ — 8 years ago

I’m quite shocked at the ratings of this, solid bottle of wine. Nice fruity red but not jammy. Nice structure. 6 bucks at TJs. — 8 years ago
Paid $40 at restaurant. Interesting balance. Would buy more — 8 years ago
Jammy, fairly well balanced and long finish. Great value! — 8 years ago
Very good and smooth — 10 years ago
Geek alert: mountain red but from an area in north never heard of-Ivrea? A combo of varietals incl I think 1% nigrette. Love this stuff-but love Carema too. Rosenthal import — 11 years ago

My first exposure to a Carema wine. Very old-school, airy Nebbiolo. Super dry, herbal, tea, leather, orange peel, and crushed rock. This is probably a polarizing wine, depending your old world receptiveness. — 7 years ago
