bellissimo colore ma non perfettamente trasparente, errore mio che dalla cantina non l'ho fatto riposare.. Il naso apre a note boisee un po' troppo marcate.. Troppa fretta!... Lascio respirare e stabilizzare...
I profumi ora sono carichi di spezie dolci, tabacco e cannella , anice stellato, Mon cheri , scorze d'arancia con cioccolato, arancia sanguinella..in bocca avvolgente, succoso per freschezza , tannino morbido e stuzzicante... E poi lungo lungo.. Radice di liquirizia.. — 10 years ago
