2015 vintage. It was interesting tasting this along side the 2011. This is much more savory, rich and complex than the 2011 is at this stage. A killer stout. — 9 years ago

One of the best I've had so far, smooth, full bodied, an favorite. — 10 years ago

BEST WINE SO FAR 2/12/16 — 10 years ago
This IPA is very complexe at smell, very fruity, exotic, and hoppy! At taste, it is quite hoppy, bitter and has lemon, lime and pineapple aromas. — 11 years ago
So much 🐴🍂✏️🚬 ! Nice to have an "off vintage" in pristine condition. Far from a blockbuster but delicious, soft, and very easy to drink. #birthyear — 11 years ago
Bought a case originally at $22/bottle. Still have 5 left. Knock on wood, not a bad bottle so far! — 13 years ago
1982 vintage. Color still fairly youthful. Meniscus not too wide/watery. Brickish, minty nose with big cedar & baking chocolate flavors. Holding up better than expected for a fruity vintage. — 9 years ago
Sonoma Coast showing deeper, darker and more earthy fruit than the Russian River here....very "Oregundian".... — 9 years ago
Far too young — 9 years ago
Pinot with a punch. In my view one of the finest California Pinots by far. — 10 years ago
2011. Dammit Kermit...get your name off the front of the bottle! You can read your name more clearly than Foillard - and they actually MAKE the wine. Your back label is plenty and I still love the wines you represent. But seriously, this has gone too far for long enough. PS...Foillard rules! — 11 years ago
2 for 2, so far. Really overachieving. — 13 years ago
my fave white so far — 9 years ago
My favorite Chateau property in all of Bordeaux. Perhaps, my favorite property in all of the world's wine regions. Oh...they make pretty good wine too! It's an amazing majestic property to stand in front of and gaze. On the nose; warm, ripe black currants, blackberries, dark cherries, black plum, touch of blue fruits, leather, wood shavings, lead pencil, light baking spices, soft spice, dry crushed minerals, rich black earth, dry stones and dry dark florals with violets. The fruits on the palate are ripe and somewhat baked in style from the warm vintage in 03. Blackberries, dark cherries, black plum, black raspberries, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries develop as it sits on your palate. Violets, dry dark florals, spice-box, cigar with ash, very light; cinnamon, vanilla, clove. Crushed dry rocks, stones, rich black earth, suede style leather, graphite, cedar wood shavings, dry stems and powdered tannins with some soft stickiness. This finish is ripe; round, rich, dark fruits, dry powdery tannins, warm semi-sweet earthiness with decent acidity that is off just a bit from the warm vintage but goes on over a minute. Photos of; that amazing Chateau, wide side shot of the Chateau with estate vines and two different shots of their cellar...stainless tanks and large French oak vats. Still has 15-20 years of good drinking going forward. — 9 years ago
Glad it was opened a day prior - but far to young — 10 years ago
Nice Rutherford Cab from the people of Far Niente and Nickel & Nickel. Rich dark fruit and lingering silky tannins. — 11 years ago
So good. Probably my favorite Cabernet so far. — 11 years ago
2011 drinking very nicely, albeit far too early for BP — 11 years ago
Conrad Green

Very wide and fresh and striking on the nose. Slate, lime, bright white flowers. A gorgeous, expansive and vital palate with great acidity and length. Still young but very balanced. This has a great life ahead. — 9 years ago
