Just had my next to last bottle of the 08. Wow. Very nice aging. Opened up after about 2 hours. Paired well with some 4yr cheddar and a seasoned prime chop. Fruit is complex and varies as the wine breathes. Great wine from one of the best makers. Hint. Try her work wth Fantesca as well. Also a great creation. Cheers!! — 8 years ago

The last bottle was on the decline. This one came to play ball...
Melon, peach and brioche on the nose. Toasted almonds and butterscotch on the palette. A beautifully balanced wine with a taught acid structure. Finished long and sweet. We really enjoyed this tonight.
