Vintage 2021 | Demeter bio dynamic wine. Cabernet Franc, 35hl/ha, 45 y old vines, 75% ripened 18 months in concrete vats, 25% barrel aging. Light colour, raspberries and some spicyness. Excellent balance and drinks very easy. One third of my winefriends called gamay for this wine. A understadable mistake, as this is is a very very cheerful wine. Easy to misunderstand. — 2 days ago
