Baking spices, light earthiness, baked cherries, cranberries, some chewy tannins especially upon opening, very nice wine for a cool fall night. — 10 years ago

Classic Chinon. Smells like dried green peppers, fall leaves and dried cranberries. — 10 years ago
Big jammy zin on a cool fall night. — 11 years ago
Rich and youthful, but contrastingly mature notes offer multiples of complexity. Aromas of black cherry, currants, fall leaves, and sweet tobacco. The palate shows the same with notes of mint, medium grain and silky smooth tannins. The finish sails on clean and pure with good acidity and energy. — 12 years ago
Wonderful and rich and showing great balance and great old wood smoke and Fall Forrest floor. Excellent. Still young — 12 years ago
Prob last nice evening of the fall, enjoying and grilling — 10 years ago
Nice Merlot based blend. Pretty light bodied but nice fruit as well. — 10 years ago
Reminds me of a Mountain Bike ride during the fall in Park City. Decaying Forrest floor, dried leaves, lavender, violets. Red and blue fruits, allspice, beautiful (yet) heavy integration of oak, persistent finish. Best wine I've tasted this year (Feb 21, '14) — 12 years ago
Good Rose! Ordered in hot summer. Received in cold fall :( — 12 years ago

First drinkable pumpkin ale of the season. It's more than drinkable if you chug it. — 10 years ago
A favorite for fall. Only slightly edged out by pumkinhead in my opinion. — 11 years ago
2011 Finally feels like fall. With Castelmagno, Taleggio, and 'Music FromBig Pink.' I'm in love with Nebbiolo. — 12 years ago

2014. Exceptional Chenin Blanc. Characteristic of this region. Golden color, yellow apples and honey on nose w/ notes of toffee or nutty caramel (a little on palate as well). Layered, textured wine; slight sweetness with first sip, some funky/petrol minerality mid-palate. Velvety smooth texture, like oil. Linear & balanced finish. Early, crisp fall in a glass. Would be interesting to try it after a few more years of bottle-aging. — 9 years ago
