I was very pleased with this Pinot Noir from Merryvale! On the nose, earth, cranberry, cherry, and black currant. On the palate bright red fruit (cherries, strawberry) dusty earth, leather, black licorice, and cinnamon finish. Very smooth to enjoy on its own but has a fair amount of tannins to pair with a meal as well! — 8 years ago

Very pleasant sipping wine for a fair price. Full body with that distinctive Zin flavor. Nice relaxing effect after 2 glasses, decent alcohol content, gorgeous legs. Wonderful nose, intriguing color.
