Holy hell this is great. And for $15?! Bought at auction. Such awesome actually Bordeaux-esk notes. Graphite, salted game meats, stewed red fruit, granny apples. Palette is rich with some tartness but round, strong acid, fine tannins and a long finish that leaves alcohol on your breath. It's just so my thing, and this rating reflects personal opinion far more than a "objective" rating would. — 7 years ago

vivid but earnest, low acidic but focused, high loaded (15% alcohol!) but well balanced - a rosé monument with intersting, sherry-esk fruit (yes, in a good way!) - certainly one of the best rosé wines without bubbles of the world! — 8 years ago

powerful and yet charming red, nose reminds me slightly of amarone though 2006 here has certainly less oxidative touch and feel than the 2004, fantastic fresh nose, hints of animalic attitude with impressive lenght. always underrated.
somehow libournais-esk, tannins are a bed of silk!
