Great wine with roasted chicken. On the sweeter side of most Oregon Pinot Gris, enough acidity to hold up. Well made, love it for the money! — 9 years ago

Fantastic Alsatian blend from Elk Cove. Ripe, fruity peach aromas with rich mineral notes. Juicy and fruity on the palate with big, bracing acidity. The fruitiness almost leads to a hint of sweetness. Beautiful, long, lingering finish. — 10 years ago
Very light and fruity on our third dinner at stone wall in banner elk! — 11 years ago
A very good find and quite a surprise! Banner Elk is in the western NC mountains. Imported vines. Grapes grown in Banner Elk! Hence the surprise. It really was great! — 12 years ago
