Cranberries and cherries on the nose. Savory, elegant and mid weight. Delicious. Nerello Mascalese 85% and Nerello Cappuccino 15% field blend 100 years old. Planted at 1640 feet on the volcanic soils of Mount Etna. — 2 years ago

Young but well balanced. — 8 years ago
I am not quite sure of the varietals in this blend. . However, the fruit and the acidity is in near perfect harmony. A really nice tasting blanco from Portugal. — 2 years ago
Pretty out there flavor wise but great freshness and verve. — 2 years ago
Franco Serra Barolo DOCG 2016: Medium plus acidity. Medium tannins. Red fruits. Dried herbs. Earth. Leather. Tobacco. Long, silky smooth finish. This young Barolo was a pleasant surprise as my expectations were low (due to its age) however I was very wrong. It had great intense aromas & flavors, reflecting the characteristics of a finer quality wine. For me, it was a definite crowd pleaser with an amazing QPR! Cheers🍷 — 4 years ago
Very nice wine for the price — 6 years ago
A lot going on but still too young. The tannins are too powerful and intense for me. But there is a lot of dark fruit and complexity present. — 7 years ago

The Leonetti was the youngest of the 4 bottles yet had the most alluring combination of fruit and density. Definitely a crowd pleaser. Easy to drink with or without the food. — 7 months ago
