Incredibly rich but still a delicious Pinot. Herbal aromas of tarragon and spice surround the core of stewed strawberries and black cherry. Palate is dense with creamy tannins and quite a bit of new oak is present. Vanilla, Cherry, and cola on the 30+ second finish. I’ll wait another couple years to open the next one. — 2 years ago

Mix of dark raspberry with hint of strawberry on the nose. Bit is sweetness and slight vanilla. — a year ago
Strawberries, ripe raspberries, pepper, earth tones… really good glad I have a few more bottles! — 2 years ago
1hr+ decant and could have used more. Dark red color. Interesting nose with metallic, medicinal tones that tingled my nose. Wine has massive strawberry and cassis; and is sweeter than I was expecting. Very concentrated. The tannins reduce with ample air and the spicy aspects dissipate with time as well making it more approachable. Medium finish. — 4 years ago
Good tannin, predominant notes of cassis — 6 years ago

Beautiful Aussie Riesling. Dry as the Sahara, complex and acidic. Will get more of this. — 10 years ago
Worth putting down. More concentration than zip. Intense pear action with a great dancing minerality. Layers of mandarin and lemony cream. Great creamy mouthfeel. If you close your eyes, you can smell the eucalyptus trees from the property. — 10 years ago
100% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged 1 year in new French and American oak barrels, while I get the Barossa fruit feel, this also reminds, at this age, of 1980s Napa/Sonoma Cabs, close to mature, very well-balanced, complex, long, lingering finish, terrific Barossa Cabernet!! Purchased at Henschke in 1989 (my first and only visit) and shipped home via a now-defunct import/shipping company in Alameda, California (I also bought some 1986 Mt. Edelstone Shiraz and 1985 Hill of Grace Shiraz on that same trip!!) — 8 months ago

7 years old and you wouldn’t know it without owning the bottle, reading the label and then, carefully calculating the math 🙃 Nothing short of remarkable. — 4 years ago
Medium bodied with zesty citrus and underripe stone fruit. Crisp, clean, and petrol-y. — 6 years ago
Smells like winter ❄️ menthol, apple, toasty, creamy, touch of honey on the nose. The taste lemongrass, rose petal... Gives you a silky tongue 🌹😛 — 10 years ago
Excellent. Crips and clean with strong citrus notes. Paired well with stuffed clams. — 10 years ago

Nice and balanced Chardonnay with golden apples, fat peels of lemon, some orange zest, cream, butter and very refined touch of vanilla. Nice acidity and not too heavy. — 6 months ago
