I'm not really into sweet wines, but this is an exception to the rules. Honey and pear notes without tasting like candy. Amazing with Fragua. — 10 years ago
Super value! — 10 years ago
I just loved this. This area owns Sangiovese quite obviously and this is no exception despite the price. Tastes like someone took a bunch of Brunellos and put em all together. Really noticeable and delightful oak. Highly recommend enjoying this. No food pairing, this is a sun's down back porch summer evening red. — 10 years ago
I would drink the cuvée every day if I could, I guess it's good to have goals. Every vintage is awesome and this is no exception. — 11 years ago
I know there's an argument to be made for where the best Sauv Blanc comes from, but I truly love New Zealand. If you want pure tropical fruits and super crisp acidity, NZ can always be counted on. This bottle is no exception, and a bargain to boot. — 11 years ago
French white wine. Dry with sweet afternotes. — 12 years ago
I've never had a Caymus bottle that I didn't just love, and this was no exception. Brilliant and exquisite! — 9 years ago
Love most of Brewer's wines! This is no exception! Balanced fruit with hint of lemon and saline finish-so good! — 11 years ago
Absolutely delicious red that my husband's uncle brought for dinner. Not sure if I'll be able to find it in the USA, but I might try! — 12 years ago
2007 continues to be one of my favorite vintages of all time. This was no exception. — 10 years ago
2013 Isole e Olena Chianti Classico. Not usually very impressed with Chianti, but this is an exception. Barnyard nose, tart & sour cherry, very food friendly. — 10 years ago
I've had every vintage of this bottle from 2001 to 2008 (with the exception of 2002, which I'm not sure if they were able to produce). I've even sampled their 2010, which may rival their best vintages (1997, 2001, 2004, 2006). After an hour of decanting the deep cherry and blackberry fruit dominate this graceful glass. Sweet but not tart, the finish lingers with a subtle smile. By the vineyards standard, 2008 is a wonderful bottle. Cheers!! — 10 years ago
Haven't really been impressed with Texas wines, but this is a very notable exception! — 11 years ago
You want RD? I'll give ya RD. 23 years on the lees. Impeccable balance, vivid freshness for its age (no malo), and stunning complexity. — 11 years ago
Bra balanserad doft. Mörka bär. Typisk för regionen. Fyllig, pepprig eftersmak. — 12 years ago
The Tesseron family has never disappointed and this one is no exception. 17++/20 — 13 years ago
