A new, fun label that represents the owners' family quite well (a group of artists). Violet, blackberry and pepper. Great width, great matter, long finish, nice caressing tannins. Dinner w/Barbara Sandrone. A respectable Dolcetto (and from Alba, not Dogliani). Pared quizzically w/dessert, but it still fared ok. With its high toned fruit, medium body, and sharp acidity, this is more of an appetizer wine. — 6 years ago
