Pear, applesauce, lemon candy, ripe peaches, firecrackers, hint of white pepper on the nose. Nice creamy mouthfeel with pear, golden plum, candied lemon peel, powdered ginger on the palate. Needs a bit of time to warm up from the fridge and get some air after opening to become really great, but still going strong on the second day. — 10 months ago
