Medium minus lemon. Not very aromatic. Closed nose of white flowers, vanilla, lemon meringue, tart cherries, perfume, wild flowers, mulberry. Medium acidity, medium sugar, medium alcohol. Reminds me of a lot of Muscadet I've recently had. — 10 years ago

A great Morellino...which can be so hit or miss. Mostly miss in my experience. This one is delightful with good tannins and dry fruit. — 12 years ago
Very enjoyable- mainly stone, with subtle buttery and vegetal notes — 9 years ago
Bit of cranberry and under-ripe strawberry on the nose. Hint of rocks in the rain. Flavors are juicy and crisp. Very southern Rhône styled. Minerality and red pepper. Blood orange. Acids and tannins come together for a harmonious balance. Not a classic mushroom and berry Syrah, but very nice drinking foothill red. — 9 years ago
Juicy and bright with plenty of funk. Not at the most "extreme" end of the natural spectrum, but very cloudy with a touch of barnyard at first. — 10 years ago
Fleshy, juicy, bitter orange. Real good. — 10 years ago

A beautiful Nebbiolo that’s starting to decline. Soft red fruits and fine, finessed tannin. Sweet cigar box and leather with soft black cherry and licorice. Drink now without decanting. — 9 years ago
Delicious! Great on its own (as I had it). — 10 years ago
