Outstanding old vine Chablis that is "village" level but drinks like a premier cru. Decant for one hour. A SommSelect choice. $27. Wow. — 7 years ago
Very young, this guy had some grip. It opened up after a day, but definitely will be nice down the road — 8 years ago

Pretty epic dinner last night. Started off with oysters and this guy. I am not a champagne expert by any means, but this one was pretty unique to me. Went perfectly with the oysters. — 8 years ago
This guy is from the Vally de la Marne where Pinot Meunier is the primary grape. This region is west of the Montage de Reims region at about the same latitude.
85% Meunier
15% Noir
Four years sur lees.
Spiced tangerine and anise. Sweet butter and hazelnut. A touch of sourdough.
Just opened this, and it's drinking well. :)
