round and earthy but still forward - very good — 11 years ago
Very nice balance that stood up to several courses including pork belly and halibut. Not as acidic as expected. — 8 years ago
Golden yellow, slightly oily full mouthfeel at first with lively, crisper finish. Grassy, herbs, lemony, floral overtones, almost mint towards the end, very little oak or vanilla. Too cold from the fridge, really needs to warm up a bit, but then gets really good. — 9 years ago
Slightly sweet. Slight honey. Floral — 10 years ago
Tons of fruit notes...fall fruits, stone fruits and clementines rolled into a rich wine that keeps its balance due to mineral and acidity on the edges. This one is special — 10 years ago
Lovely example of young Burgundy. — 10 years ago
Last vintage of this wine. Savory, green pepper everywhere. — 10 years ago
Yum yum. This is interesting! It's Chard with a bit more sun that the usual Burgundy (it is the cote chalonnaise after all). And it's got some ageing. Resulting in honey and acidity, but not that richness, creaminess that would be found in, say, a Chassagne Montrachet. Honey, some minerality, and good acidity. Some stone fruit like quince too. Good wine for sure, at an attractive price point for the region. — 10 years ago
Yum! Perfect for our Friday evening at home. — 11 years ago
