Great summer food rosé. Tastes like a Bandol. A little oily, with layers of dry fruit. About as full as I’ve tried for a rosé. With portobello and roasted farm veggies in tomato sauce and ricotta. Plus orzo and summer greens with peaches and cornbread croutons. — 10 months ago
