Black Coyote Reserve, Cabernet Sauvignon 2012, Napa Valley USA... Aromas de especias y torrefacción desde su primera nariz; canela, caramelo y placentera vainilla que evolucionan a algo de regaliz y anis estrellado con un elemento de fruta oscura madura; ciruela e higo. En boca un ataque placentero (muy placentero) con una presencia de alcohol y acidez en perfecto equilibrio. Lo llevamos al area retro nasal para recibir aromas de clavo y un post gusto largo que nos invita a disfrutar lentamente de esta singular experiencia y a pasar por el ejercicio de degustación en cada sorbo para ver que otra sorpresa nos traerá El Coyote.

Really cool. Taken from La Guita solera (miraflores vineyard) from 2010 vintage. Still super saline, but hazelnutty toffee creeps up on finish. A little lighter than other styles I like (eg Calle Ponce) because of youth. Very unique wine — 11 years ago

5th wine of the night., How lucky are we., Carlos Lopez de la Calle is friends with Anthony and showcased his wine e as well during our Edge Hill tasting. Incredible Tempranillo., very aromatic., spicy with great structure and silkiness. We popped & poured., the bottle would have been better if decanted for 4+ hours. Very young and still wound tight. However. Promises to be an incredible vintage! We did notice sone bottle variations. — 10 years ago

Visual: rojo/violeta intenso. Disco mediano lagrimas notables. Mucha viscosidad. Limpio.

Nariz: ciruela, fruta oscura, especies y madera. Toque de alcohol.

Boca: Intenso, algo tanico pero con volumen (alcohol 14%) que lo redondea un poco y lo hace mas "big"

Podria beneficiarse de tiempo en la botella, pero se puede tomar ahora (2017).

We had this on 7/20-21/16. This nice blend of Malbec, Cab Sauv and Petit Verdot had nice tastes of graphite, blackberry and current. A nice smooth finish with a little spice for this full bodied wine. — 10 years ago
