A nice bouquet of flower. Silky palate and cinammon. There is fruit but some is bitter. Good level of minerality and chalky. Tannin is refine. — 5 years ago
Had this in a Sazerac; smooth, maple syrup on the nose, made the Sazerac smoother than the rye whiskey version. — 5 years ago
