This the most interesting Rose I have ever had in my live!!! Untamed like a wild horse. Unbelievably herbaceous. A blend of green apple and sage (black sage as in the costal shrub of California). Drink on its own to be dazzled over many hours or with food. I would think blue cheese or thai or even short rips with a heavy barbecue sauce this rocks! For wine geeks only. — 10 years ago
