We made 2 mistakes with this wine: drinking it too young and not giving it more time to air. A couple of hours decanting would have been ideal. The wine cannot be faulted for either of those! When it finally opened, a very nice treat indeed, after initial herbaceous impressions dissipated. Lovely wine really. — 5 years ago

Medium plus garnet/purple; dark red/black fruits on the nose w/a touch of earth. Very smooth, medium body, lots of flavor- plum, blackberry and oak. Even tannins and not too acidic. Very good! At least a 9.0 and maybe a 9.1. — 4 years ago
