Domaine Château L'évêque

Château la Tour de l'Évêque

Côtes de Provence Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah 2016

Dark ruby with jewel-like highlights. Dark fruit, cassis, and potent leather on the inviting nose and medium palate. Medium tannins. Medium plus acidity (very assertive for a red). A fine example of the Provençal rouge. Made for food, it will pair wonderfully anywhere you’d take Cabernet, Syrah, or even Pinot Noir. Drink now through 2027. — 5 years ago
