2011: lovely and very elegant. Not a profound nose, but alluring with a spring flowers touch, chalky stone and good fresh primary fruit (Apple, peach). Quite nervy on the palate with a distinct vein of minerality. Med- bodied, with fresh acidity and only lightly creamy, with a hint of oak to finish. Real top stuff. — 10 years ago

Sherry, saffron, camomile, roasted peanuts and a bit of wet stones on the nose. As @Kit H said it before. Its all about the texture. Sea salt, tension, acid, balance, long finish. Lovely wine. Give it some air to really open up. — 9 years ago
