Il Gatto e la Volpe in Florence 🍷❤️🐺 paired with delicious pizza — 10 years ago
Annata 2007. Colore giallo vivo, luminoso. I profumi continuano a cambiare, all’inizio fiori e idrocarburi, poi viene fuori la frutta matura e le erbe aromatiche. In bocca è avvolgente, salmastro, persistente. Un vino da tenere sempre in cantina, un grande vino ligure. — 10 years ago
Vinho verde, the drink of choice for wetting the aired throat of a parched gatto. — 9 years ago
Honeydew melon, wax, saline, lavender, petrol, almonds, rosemary. Perfect acidity, silky mouthfeel, long slightly bitter herbal finish. Beautiful golden color, perfect amount of skin contact. Interesting, beautiful, unique. Perfect with scallops, creamy pastas, pesce crudo. — 10 years ago

Had this wine for the first time at Il Gatto e la Volpe. It's a great value and great Chianti living in that region of Italy. Available in the US, solid choice for a Chianti — 10 years ago
Favorite of the night. Excellent Barbera. — 10 years ago
Diverso dai classici vermentini, a partire dal colore dorato carico e dal tannino che si sente come se fosse un vino rosso. — 11 years ago
A random Italian rosé purchased out of the cooler at the Gatto Giallo restaurante while trying to find a regular market... Surprisingly good! Buttery, for a rosé and fragrant. Soft sweetness, nothing overwhelming. Excellent with food or without. — 11 years ago
