Gorgeous, deep golden color with small soft bubbles. Bright and airy on the nose with just the softest hints of brioche, lemon and peach. Crisp, bright and creamy on the palate with a great mousse texture. Surprisingly fresh flavors of peach, tangerine and lemon lead to just a touch of brioche and a big burst of crisp acidity. The finish is long and creamy with lingering bubbles dancing on the tongue. — 10 years ago
