Very nice. Olive, mint, sous bois on the nose gives way to black cherry. A little Mourvèdre funk. Tart acidity and some dry tannins but everything is in balance. Better-crafted than other Cairannes that I've had. Not much meat, but you might start confusing this with a N. Rhone, as it feels cool. — 12 years ago
