I’m putting up a second note for this because you shouldn’t drink it the night you open it. Decant, back into the bottle, save it for the next day. Smoky mineral liqueur. Paired great with kimchee & bacon fried rice. Would be killer with sushi. *Rick Flair scream* Whooo!! — 4 years ago

Courier was chef Jason Berthold's short lived wine label. Prior to Courier he worked with Abe Schoener on the Scholium Project wines. Abe's influence is very apparent here. There's a hint of VA and the alcohol is a tad out of balance, but there's a lot going on here and this wine really grew on me over a couple of hours. Bold, but light on its feet. 90 cases made. Apparently Abe bottled the 09-10 vintages of this wine under his own label after Jason abandoned the project when he became head chef at RN74. — 10 years ago
