Excellent with food, slightly astringent without food — 4 years ago
Upon recommendation from the wine ship guy, i opened this 2-3 hours before tasting, which was good, except for tge fact that it got too warm. I popped it back in the fridge for 20 minutes and then it was perfect. Very fruit forward and fresh with a nice structure despite its youth (2017 tasted in August 2019). All the guests loved it. — 5 years ago
It’s always a little nerve-racking the first time you invite a date to a favorite restaurant. Is he going to like it as much as you like it? Probably not possible. But then you sit down to wait for him and order yourself a snack and end up chatting with the woman next to you for the 30 mins it takes him to show up and she whips out her OWN bottle of the best wine you’ve had in months, who cares how well the date goes. This wine is simultaneously supple and subtle, and holds its own in a current of too many fish. — 6 years ago

Beautiful full bodied wine. Not sure what this is in terms of grapes. Excellent cherry and beautiful plum. Round and low tannin. Gorgeous and beautiful ending. — 2 years ago

Bought at Nicolas rue de Saint Dominique. The most close I am looking for a full-time bodied wine, but not very complex — 5 years ago

2007 was fantastic — 6 years ago
A very tasteful intense rose. Has good peach notes. Easy to smell. Does hit you strong at first but then mellows out into a cool flavoring. It has a glass top (no corkscrew). — 7 years ago
Surprisingly gorgeous wine — a year ago
Very yum for $17 at Schneider's — 2 years ago
The clay & limestone soils of Languedoc-Roussilon develop this soft and rich blend of 70% Syrah, 20% Grenache, 8% Mourvèdre, 2% Carignan. The Château Puech-Haut - Tête de Bélier red offers lots of black fruit, minerality with herbs on the finish. A nice surprise! — 3 years ago

Elegantly textured, multiple mineral facets, phenolic in a supportive way. Would love to see this age — 10 months ago
