Even concentration, very pale, brilliant, straw with a slight tinge of green. Medium plus aromatics, grapefruit, grassy, boxwood, aloe, salinity. Medium body, medium plus acid is juicy and extremely refreshing to the palate, medium plus alcohol 13% is well integrated and offers no heat or viscosity. Medium finish is bursting with lemon lime juice, flint, greengage, and a touch of bitter lime zest. Excellent palate cleanser. Old world Sauvignon blanc made in a new world style. — 9 years ago
