Chang is Thailand’s second beer. And it is equally good with spicy Thai food. — 6 years ago
I’ll tell ya what, if you ever get promoted and your sister gives birth in the same day this is the perfect special occasion wine to celebrate with. My mouth feels like my soul feels while FaceTiming with a newborn infant that shares 50% of the same DNA as me. The baby can only hope it ages as well as this world class wine I found in a tasting room a stone’s throw away from the Sonoma town square. Pairs well with a Cosmos marathon. — 7 years ago

Acid support on a lovely high class girl with some intoxicating aromas and perfectly balanced juice. I spent more time smelling this than tasting it and that is something special. It's a shame my tongue kept competing for a glimmer of hope because my nose sent me into the cosmos moment by moment. Divine...even at a dinner table full of good food this was the best thing I had in front of me. — 10 years ago
Good wine with a tart taste but has a Really strong alcohol content of 13.5.... Guaranteed to turn a horse into a unicorn on a flaming comet flying across the cosmos haha — 12 years ago

French Manobi rice, grown in Carmague, brewed in Japan - part of the Kuheiji's projects in France (the other being a winery in Morey-Saint-Denis). Weighty, but mind-blowingly elegant. Floral, herbaceous, with an exotic fruit profile, and a mineral finish. So good, impossible not to empty.
NB: Taking this notes straight from my IG. After the Aramasa Cosmos, I would have never thought I'd drink another saké that could trump it within the span of a week. To be frank, I've got mixed feelings about Kuheiji - sometimes their saké's are too rich for me, but at times they are truly out of this world, like the one right here. Ranks among the best saké's I've tasted. Thanks to JS for bringing this rare bird back from Japan. — 6 years ago
