Caramel odor. Profound on the first taste, then a surprising freshness, pétillant, unexpected — 7 years ago
Amazing sparkling from Veneto near Cortina — 8 years ago
Hot damn. Best wine for the dollar (euro) in the past two years. Here in cortina, eating hand made pasta and pizza, and this blew me away. Paired with the output of a wood fired oven by a Neapolitan pizzailo, really it's about the simple pleasures. I have had $400 red burgundy' but this 30 euro bottle kicks some serious ass, pound for pound. — 9 years ago

Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Sauv Blanc. Full with lots of minerality and backbone of acidity. Nice with some cheese in Cortina. — 9 years ago
