Just the perfect wine. Best with beef. A little goes a long way. Sadly, I can't set the location of the restaurant in the app, so I'll put it here:

A very west coast IPA to the tee, citrusy, piney, a touch of malt to support the nice hops, Magum, Willamette, Casade, Citra, Columbus, Centennial, Chinook, Two Row Vienna Dextrapils malts, Classic style West Coast, One of my home town breweries here in Henderson Nevada, Very good — 9 years ago
A good experience with an older Paul Pernot Batard gave me the courage to bring this into Per se for a "casual" meal with my wife Linda and our friend Jonathan Holloway and his wife. I was always always a great buyer of Ramonet's Ruchottes beginning with the '85 vintage onward until around the 2000 vintage when it became clear that the wheels had fallen off the white burgundy bus. But this wine, this was some kind of wine! No premox, just a marvelously suave, honeyed flavor, supporting acidity, and a finish with great minerality presenting itself as a kind of minty freshness. Always a treat to graze through a magical Keller meal in the Per se reception/bar area overlooking Columbus Circle, even more so when accompanying the meal with a wine worthy of supporting this sophisticated cuisine. — 9 years ago
Christopher Columbus meets the July 4th holiday with this Carpineto Classico. A good classic Italian wine for the 4th. Celebrating the American freedom. Take care and enjoy the night. — 10 years ago
Let me this clear as possible, Ballast Point Brewery is one of the Best breweries on the west coast, there is nothing they do that is not great to outstanding, this one is great, what over shadows it is "Sculpin" which is Outstanding, so this seems not as good, but please do not be so quick to judge, this one holds up to the style 100%, it is a excellent west coast IPA, big big Centennial hops, maybe some Columbus, seems there is some debate on that, no matter, it had a great Carmel back bone that balances the great hops, it is one beer that stands on its own, Great stuff — 10 years ago

I've always been a cab fan but have in recent years learn to appreciate the essence of Napa Valley Merlot. Harris Vineyard, located on the southwest side of Oakville, makes wines with a complex textural component. This wine is way more about texture than flavor. This is an afternoon wine not a diner wine. Alfresco, on Madison Ave in NYC or Columbus ave in SF. It is sophisticated and complex; and it's mine. I'm an owner and co-founder of Nickel & Nickel. — 10 years ago
Warning!!! This beer lives up to its name, new 2015 release, 150 IBU's , 9.5% ABV, this is only for real hop heads, big Columbus and Centennial Hops, little, and I mean little tropical fruit, what you really taste is a insane about of bitterness, like sucking on a grapefruit, tea and herbal notes as well, as for me I Love it, but I am a hop head, rating this beer in the style, and of course the name, this will wreck your pallet, make this the last beer after others if you are session beers, Great Beer — 10 years ago
