A nice burgundy from Fixin. Definitely a good value. Needs 30+ minutes to air out a bit. Very smooth with soft tannins, some good earth, restrained fruit. Aromatics are a touch muted. But very nice with a variety of rich food at Au Pied du Cochon in Montreal. — 8 years ago
